Our Inspiration
The idea of Uttara Meenakshi Temple was born from a divine calling—to bring the majestic presence of Meenakshi Amman to the spiritual soils of North India. The vision found its true destination in Puranpur district, UP, near Varanasi – a place deeply embedded in the collective consciousness of ancient Hindu wisdom.
The Divine Mission Aims To:
- aBuild a temple for Meenakshi Devi including space for Yagna
- Cultivate a sacred Panchavati Vanam
- Offer Vedic Pranayama sessions for children and youth and serve as Shakti Aradhana Stal.
- Serve as another Devi spiritual jewel in Puranpur district & offer a sacred atomosphere conducive to spiritual sadhana
- Establish Uttarameenakshi Gurukulum and nurture Bakthi, promote sanatana Dharma
- Focus on empowering visually challenged scholars and reviving traditions of Gargi, Maiteryi, and Bharti
