Who we are

The Uttarameenakshi Trust is a non-profit organisation established by a group of Devi Upasakas and spiritual seekers. It was founded in response to a divine vision to establish the Meenakshi Devi Temple with a Gurukulam near Varanasi in Uttar Pradesh, with the aim of providing seekers with a transformative spiritual journey.

Our Values & Vision

Our values are rooted in the principle of ‘Lokah Samastha Sukinao Bhavantu’, meaning ‘May all beings in the universe be happy’. This truth, enshrined in the Shanti Mantra, reflects the deep interconnectedness of all life and upholds universal happiness and peace as the highest spiritual ideal.

Our vision is to establish a sacred sādhana sthala and gurukulam where people from around the world can awaken to dharma, compassion and the boundless grace of Sri Meenakshi Devi.
